Manhattan: Minetta Street - Minetta Lane
Minetta Street, north from its bend to Minetta Lane. At the left are two 3-story buildings, No's. 12 and 14 that are to remain and separate two modern 6-story apartment houses. The preparatory stages of that one at the S. W. corner can be barely perceived. This was reported in the N. Y. Times of December 16, 1939. A report dated September 9, 1940 announces the second at No's 2-10. This will be at the left margin. The 3-story residence in the background is No. 16 Minetta Lane and adjoins the warehouse at No. 12. April 13, 1940 P. L. Sperr
