East 30th Street, south side, east from Lexington and across Third and Second (Elevated Lines thereon) Avenues. November 9, 1937 P. L. Sperr (2) 132 to 140 East 30th Street, adjoining and east of the S. E. corner of Lexington Avenue, showing an old group of buildings. The two on the right occupy a 58 x 24.8 foot plot of which the latter is the depth. On the left is a double structure giving the appearance of a single building, dividing a frontage of 25.2 feet.
