Hotel Netherland (replaced by Sherry-Netherland Hotel in November, 1927) at right, on 59th Street and Fifth Avenue. View looking from Grand Army Plaza east across Fifth Avenue. Buildings to the north of the hotel were replaced by 785 Fifth Avenue, the Park V apartment house, circa 1961.
