Manhattan: State Street - Bridge Street

(1) 16 to 19 State Street, east side, between Bridge Street and Bowling Green, showing in the foreground, a portion of Battery Park. The house on the extreme left, is the rear of No. 7 Bowling Green, at the S.E. corner of State Street. These houses have long since been demolished, and on its site how (1937), stands the United States Custom House. About 1861. Brown Brothers. (2) The same, at a later date and showing demolition.
