Manhattan: 2nd Street - 2nd Avenue

(1) 19 to 1 East 2nd Street, south side, west from a point midway between Second Avenue and the Browery, and to the latter (right), showing an old row of 2 1/2-story structures that may have faced the Marble Cemetery, which is now located in the center of the next block north, and hidden from view by surrounding buildings. The four on the right, Nos. 11 to 5 are of frame construction with brick fronts. December 9, 1937 George D. Chinn (2) The same row of buildings during demolition for a parking lot and a gas station.
