Manhattan: Leroy Street - Lafayette Street

3-1 Leroy Street (252 Bleecker Street), north corner, at the eastern end of the eastern section (originally Burton Street) of Leroy Street. 247, 249, 251 Bleecker Street, across Bleecker on the east side, adjoining the south corner of Cornelia Street, are also included at the right. October 14, 1927. P. L. Sperr. 5, 3-1 Leroy Street, the corner house and its neighbor, five years later. No. 1 Leroy Street is the south side of 252 (formerly 236) Bleecker Street, and undoubtedly dates back to the first quarter of the nineteenth century, when this scene was the north corner of Burton and Herring Streets. 1932.
