Queens: Shore Boulevard - 21st Road

(1) Shore Boulevard, east side, between 21st Road (left), and 21st Drive (right) showing the A. D. Ditmar's house, formerly shingled, but now stuccoed. This house is on the site of the Daniel Lawrence house which was erected in 1719. In 1852 Dr. Dow Ditmars was the occupant. February 9, 1932 P. L.
