Park Avenue, south on west side from 71st Street to 67th Street, on Lenox Hill, showing old Presbyterian Hospital between 71st and 70th, shortly before its demolition. On north west corner of 71st may be seen part of the G.S. Brewster residence, which will be demolished in 1929, and in the south west corner of 74th Street the George S. Blumenthal residence. P.L.
