Richmond: Richmond Terrace - Irving Avenue
2351 Richmond Terrace, north side, at Irving Avenue. Robinson's map of 1898 shows it to have been the Kill Van Kull Yacht Club. Mr. Sperr states that it was at one time Johnson's ship chandlery.
