Manhattan: Inwood Hill Park.

Inwood Hill Park: A set of three views photographed the same day and showing different aspects of this wooded area. No. 1 is in a westward direction towards the Jersey highlands and shows the old foundations and the roof of the Jewish Memorial Hospital. Today (1938) these have disappeared; the Henry Hudson Parkway having incorporated same. To the left is Dyckman Street. No. 2 is northward along the Hudson River and across the Harlem River gap showing the New York Central Railroad bridge across the latter. On the Bronx shore appears the Casa Victoria, a modern apartment house. No. 3 shows a tulip tree below the House of Mercy. This is not to be confused with the big tulip tree near the Indian Museum.
