Brooklyn: Kings Highway - 40th Street (East)

Kings Highway, at the N.W. corner of East 40th Street. A view of the Flatlands Dutch Reformed Church and Sunday School. April 27, 1931. Eugène L. Armbruster, Collection. Two Norway maple trees dedicated to the ancestors of the Van Voorhees and Wyckoff families, who as colonists worshiped in this church, were planted yesterday in the graveyard adjoining the church, according to the New York Times of May 23, 1938.
