Bronx: Poe Park - Poe Cottage.

Poe Park: A view of the Edgar Allan Poe Cottage, in which the poet lived from 1846 to 1849. Here, too, his wife Virginia died. The cottage has been on its present site since 1913, in which year it was transferred from its original location at 257 East Kingsbridge Road, between Briggs Avenue and E. 194th Street. This is a set of three views taken the same day. May 4, 1938. P. L. Sperr
