Queens: Northern Boulevard - Bowne Street

Northern Boul., at the southwest corner of Bowne St., showing an old home owned by William P. Mellon in 1873. L. Littlejohn was the owner in 1891. He, after living here a short while gave the property to the Young Men Christian Association, who demolished this house in May 1925 and erected a Y.M.C.A. thereon.
