Manhattan: Leroy Street - 7th Avenue South

(1) Leroy Street, eastern section (formerly Burton Street), east from and including Seventh Avenue South and Bedford Street. 46 Bedford Street, on the N.E. corner of Leroy Street, is an old frame house, faced with brick, which is to be demolished the year after this photograph was taken. 48 Bedford Street, the five-story house adjoining it, had its northwest corner trimmed in 1914 when Seventh Avenue South was cut through and now has a Seventh Avenue South address.
