202-04-06-08-12 Fifth Avenue, west side, between 25th and 26th Streets. No. 208 will later be remodelled for the Lincoln Trust Company. On the site of the excavation the 12-story Cross Chambers Building (Mark Cross & Co.) is to be constructed. On the right, Cafe Martin, at 212 on the corner, occupies the building recently vacated by Delmonico's; building will be demolished in 1912.
