Bronx: Pelham Bay Park - former Huntington Estate (caretaker's house).

Pelham Bay Park: A view of the caretaker's dwelling on the former Collis P. Huntington estate. Between 1913 and 1927, according to G.W. Bromley's maps of those years, the estate was incorporated in Pelham Bay Park and constitutes the southeasternmost corner of the park, on the west shore of Eastchester Bay. That area is now (1937) occupied by the Isaac L. Rice Playfield. July 17, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
