Manhattan: 10th Avenue - 21st Street (West)

Tenth Ave., east side, north from West 21st Street and showing at 23rd Street a portion of that major residential improvement known as London or Chelsea Terrace, erected on the block bounded by 23rd and 24th Streets, east from Tenth to Ninth Aves. Upon same, stood the original and subsequent Moore homes; this individual being the former owner of most of the area depicted in this view. January 15, 1938. P. L. Sperr.
