East 32nd St., west from (No. 327, 4 story structure at the right) a point midway between 1st and 2nd Aves, and across the latter. Underneath this street surface is a tunnel of the Pennsylvania Railroad connecting the terminal at 7th Ave. (and barely observable in the distance of this view) with Long Island.
