Monroe Street, east from and including Jackson to Grand Streets. A portion of Brooklyn appears under the Williamsburg Bridge roadway. March 23, 1937. P. L. Sperr. The 5 story tenement at the left, No. 275 Monroe St., at the N. E. corner of Jackson St., is to be razed according to the N. Y. Sun of March 27, 1939. To the east of same is a 4 story factory (No. 293-7) that is to go also.
