Manhattan: Park Avenue - 100th Street
1330 Park Avenue, west side, between 100th and 101st Streets, an old frame house, the first building in the block, dating back to between 1879 and 1885. By 1935 the building will have been given a fireproof facade, but will be otherwise unchanged. About 1912.
