Brooklyn: Fillmore Avenue - 34th Street

Fillmore Ave., south side, between East 34th and East 35th Streets. These few homes represent the greatest one family construction at one time by a group of realtors in Kings County. 1,756 homes were constructed in this development, begun about 1925. These have 6 rooms, sun-parlor and bath and sold for between $7,000 and $8,000. 1928.
