Bronx: 246th Street (West) - Broadway

Van Cortlandt Park: A view of the Van Cortlandt House which is located on the north side of the park extension of West 246th Street, and about one hundred and fifty yards east of Broadway. This structure was built in 1748 by Fredrick Van Cortlandt and is now (1937) maintained as a Museum by the Colonial Dames. P. L. Sperr. August 25, 1927.
