Manhattan: 14th Street - 5th Avenue
East 14th Street, east from Fifth Avenue, towards Union Square, to show beyond that point the Consolidated Edison Bldg. Note to the left the modern low apartment houses erected on the site where former 4 story residential buildings stood. Amongst these was the first Motion picture studio. June 15, 1938. P. L. Sperr.
