Marine Park: A set of three views looking southeastward from Marine Park Beach at Gerritsen Creek and Plumb Beach Channel, towards Flatbush Ave. (seen in the background with cars thereon). This area will be filled leaving only a canal, the rest of it to be used for recreational purposes. June 23, 1935. P. L. Sperr.
