1155 Clarkson Ave., at the N.W. corner of Rockaway Parkway, showing the home of John Mehl. This view shows the house when it stood about 40 feet north of the above mentioned location. It was then on Hunterfly Road (King' Highway), between East 98th Street, and the proposed Rockaway Parkway. In the background on East 98th Street, is the elevated structure of the B.M.T. 14th Street subway. March 1925. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
