Fires, accidents and tragedies - [Elevated railroad accident.]

Elevated R.R. tragedy at Ninth Ave., and 53rd Street, Monday morning September 11th, 1905. Twelve persons were killed, and forty-eight injured. Fortunately for the early hour; or this might have proven one of the major disasters in New York City's history. September 11, 1905. Gustav Scholer, M.D.
