(1) 514, 512, 510-508, 506, 504 Broome Street, north side, west of adjoining, and at West Broadway, at the triangular plaza where Watts Street joins Broome. February 12, 1928. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same, not including Nos. 506 and 504. The loft building dates back around 1900. The frame-sided dormer windows, on the two remaining old houses -- the ones at the corner of Thompson Street were demolished around 1923 -- would lead one to guess they are of frame construction; but they are brick. 1932 or 1933.
