Queens: Van Wyck Boulevard - Liberty Avenue
Van Wyck Boulevard, at the SE corner of Liberty Ave. showing in a set of two views the Bronson and Heines house of 1860. O Bronson was the owner in 1873. Charles E Twombly lived here also. He was the president of the village trustees and died in this place. This building erected after 1857, did not wen originally constructed contain the cupola. Jas. F. Deehan states that one Hunt was the actual farmer of the surrounding property. The rear of the house in view 1 faces Liberty Ave. 1922 Views 1 and 2 Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
