Amsterdam Ave., east side, south from West 93rd to 91st Streets, showing the old M.E. Church Home occupying the 93rd to 92nd Street block front. Note the Central Baptist Church at the S.E. corner of West 92nd Street. View No. 2 of this set shows only the former, which according to the New York Times of October 26, 1937 has been sold and the site will be improved with a modern 17-story apartment house. The former occupants of this structure have occupied a new home on Spuyten Duyvil Parkway and 244th Street in Riverdale since 1930. November 7, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
