502 Flatbush Ave., west side, opposite Lefferts Ave., showing a two story frame house possibly belonging at one time to one Neefus. In the realty Atlas of Brooklyn (1929) there is a three story structure on the site, of either stone or stucco. About 1920. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
