Richmond: Old Mill Road - Arthur Kill Road

(1) Richmond Village (Staten Island): A general view across the old village of Richmond as seen from the hill above Old Mill Road in Latourette Park. In the foreground is Old Mill Road, east of Mill Road; on the left is the old St. Andrews P. E. Church and cemetery, built in 1872; running parallel to the Old Mill Road and winding its course around the cemetery is Richmond Creek; in the center of the view is the St. Andrews Church parish house, a frame, domed building, at the corner of Arthur Kill and Richmond Roads; directly across it is the old Richmond County Court House, built in 1837, and the county jail.
