Manhattan: 11th Avenue - 21st Street (West)
Eleventh Avenue, east side, at W. 21st Street (center) as viewed north eastward to show at the right a billboard announcing the planned Memorial Building of the Seamens Christian Association which was founded in 1888 and is now located at No. 399 West Street. Personal observation in the Fall of 1938 falls to show any improvement of this site. The Seamen's House of the Y.M.C.A. is now in this vicinity, being No. 550 West 20th Street, at the S.E. corner of the Avenue and would be to the right if shown. April 3, 1929, Views 1 and 2 P. L.
