Arthur Kill Road, north side, at Miles Avenue. This house belonged to Daniel H. Hanckel (1917) and earlier to Adelaide E. Bellows (1907 and 1898). In 1874 it belonged to H. S. Samuels. The dates refer to maps upon which the owners' names appear. February 17, 1929 P. L. Sperr
