158-162 East 72nd Street, adjoining and east of the S.E. corner of Lexington Avenue. 160 is the Kingdom Gould residence, which has recently been sold. The three houses are to be replaced in 1935 by an apartment building. August 25, 1927. P. L. Sperr.
