Manhattan: 8th Street - Mercer Street

E. 8th St., south side, at Mercer St., showing at the S.E. corner of same, a five story structure which will be reduced to three stories. This building No. 60-62 E. 8th Street is the property of the Sailors Snug Harbor Corporation. The photographer is viewing south eastward to Broadway, which appears at the left margin. Feb. 4, 1938.
