Manhattan: Morton Street - Bedford Street

(1) Junk shop in an old house at 16 Morton Street, south side, between Bedford and Bleecker Streets, adjoining the five-story tenement No. 14 Morton Street. About 1915. Gift of E. M. Jenks. (2) 18, 16, 14 Morton Street, south side of eastern section, between Bedford and Bleecker Streets and just east of Seventh Avenue South. This view shows the entire house at 16 Morton Street, which since the date of the old picture has had a doorway cut where two windows used to be. The garage at 18-20 Morton Street is quite new, probably only three or four years old. May 19, 1933. P. L. Sperr.
