Manhattan: 116th Street (East) - Park Avenue

107-127 East 116th Street, north side, between Park and Lexington Avenues. August 31, 1929. P. L. Sperr. The five four story structures (dark fronts) shown bearing No's. 113 to 121 inclusive are to be razed and a modern six story apartment house constructed here at a cost of 175,000, according to the New York Sun of August 25, 1938.
