Manhattan: 117th Street (East) - 3rd Avenue

213 E. 117th Street, north side, showing a rear view of same and an empty lot at the rear as viewed southward from 118th Street. The donors report reads: "Reported to the Department of Buildings, December 10 1935; visited January 8, 1936. The front was nicely boarded up but the rear was open to a vacant lot on E. 118th Street. There is a long one story extension which formerly had sky-lights. Building appears to be in a dangerous condition--part of the floor is gone, exposing shallow sub-basement.
