Brooklyn: New Lots Avenue - Sheffield Avenue

349 New Lots Ave., at the N.E. corner of Sheffield Ave., showing the remains of a building erected in 1750, by Daniel Rapelye. Ethan Allen was billeted in this house. To the west of this house, on the N.W. corner of Pennsylvania Ave., was the home erected by William Rapelye in 1875 (?). Both of these houses were demolished in May 1922. 1922. Eugene L.
