(1) 1562 Flatbush Ave., west side, between Aves. H and I, showing the A.H. Hubbard house, which was demolished in 1925. If located in 1937, it would be in East 32nd Street, and about 170 feet north of Ave. I. It formerly stood on the Flatbush Turnpike, which became AmersFort Place at this point in 1919.
