The entrance to Prospect Park. The buildings from left to right are located at Eastern Parkway and Union Street. The roads encircling the arch from left to right, are East and West Plaza Streets. This arch is dedicated to the Soldiers and Sailors of the Civil War. About 1928. Ewing Galloway.
