Sullivan S Place, north side, between Ludlam Place and Rogers Ave. Now a 4-story apartment house (348-356 Rogers Ave., and 205 Sullivan Street), occupy the Chadwick Estate. In 1890 the house faced old Bedford Road. 1870. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
