Manhattan: Park Avenue - 34th Street

Park Avenue, south on west side, from 39th to 34th Streets, seen from 40th Street. The old residence on the S.W. corner of 39th Street will be demolished in September 1933. The 70 Park Avenue Hotel, shown on the N.W. corner of 38th Street, was built since 1925; and on the S.W. corner of 37th Street the houses are still standing that will give way in 1930 to the new Union League Clubhouse.
