Brooklyn: Flatbush Avenue - Hubbard Place

(1) 1871 Flatbush Ave., east side, at Hubbard Place, showing the Simeon Brown house. The house shown on the extreme right, is at the S.E. corner, 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection. (2) The same, at a later date, and showing the Brown house preparatory to removal to No. 17 Hubbard Place. Shown on the right, is a new 2-story brick house, occupying the N.E. corner. Similar houses were erected on the Brown site, and are designated as 1859-1869 Flatbush Ave. March 1925. Eugene L. Armbruster collection.
