73rd Avenue, south side, at 194th Street, showing the farm buildings and farm which was owned by P. Beadle in 1873 and J. Cline in 1891. In the latter year it was a 79-acre farm. The view is east along the avenue, formerly Black Stump Road, and the above location refers to where the farmhouses are located. P. L. Sperr March 31, 1927
