Bronx: City Island Avenue - Tier Street

357 and 365 City Island Ave. (City Island), at and adjoining the N.W. corner of Tier Street. The old frame house, No. 365, according to Beers' map of 1868 was the homestead of Ino Ross. Note that the numbers do not follow in successive order. P. L. Sperr. July 26, 1928.
