Manhattan: Thompson Street - 3rd Street (West)

Thompson Street, east side, north from West 3rd (formerly Amity) Street, with Washington Square and the One Fifth Avenue apartment hotel in the background. An outdoor art exhibition is going on; the drawings and paintings are hung along the fence of the vacant lot where 240 to 248 Thompson Street stood till about 1928. November 17, 1932. P. L. Sperr.
