Manhattan: 38th Street (East) - 1st Avenue

E. 38th Street, north side, west from (No. 315, right) a point between First and Second Avenues, and across the latter. At the N. E. corner of Second Avenue appears a 16 story apartment house (No. 301 E.) erected in 1928. Across the Avenue, and midway between Third, is the J. C. G. Hupe l's Brewery.
