Queens: Jamaica Avenue - Parsons Boulevard
Jamaica Ave. (elevated structure thereon), at the N.W. corner of Parsons Boulevard, showing at the corner the Wm. Phraner house of 1873. The Higbie Building now (1934) stands on this site. Dr. Peter L. Hull (dentist) was the owner of the entire block frontage for many years. In 1923 Robert W. Higbie leased the entire block front. 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
