Manhattan: Central Park - The Pond. Bergdorf-Goodman Department Store; Plaza Hotel; Savoy-Plaza Hotel; Sherry-Netherland Hotel.

(1) Central Park: the Pond, at the southeast corner of the Park. In the summer the Pond is a popular spot for boating; in the winter, it is crowded with ice-skaters. The buildings in the background are: the Plaza Hotel, at the extreme right; the Savoy-Plaza in the right centre; and the Sherry-Netherland in the centre. May 15, 1933. P. L. Sperr. The buildings in the background are: Plaza Hotel, at extreme right; the Squibb Building, with the flag; the Savoy-Plaza in the centre; and the Sherry-Netherland on the left. May 15, 1932. P. L.
